It's an experience to stay at the Park Hyatt Tokyo and I recommend it if you don't have budget problems. We found it expensive for what it is. Still, it's clear we're talking about a top-notch place. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, European style, comfortable, modern and clean. The hotel is located between the 41st and 51st floors of the building, so we have excellent views of Tokyo in all of them. In our case we had a view to the west and we could make out Mount Fuji on a clear morning. The breakfast buffet is of excellent quality but not very varied.
It is well located in the center of Tokyo, but about 15 minutes away from the two nearest subway/train stations, so you can't say they are just around the corner. In any case we assume that those who stay at this hotel do not usually travel much by subway.

The views of Tokyo from the hotel are out of this world, and the dining at Girandole is awesome the marinated fish, it's a game changer! Plus, the spacious room and 24-hour room service are pure luxury.
Even on a high floor, I could hear fire engines yelling for attention. And don't expect priority seating at the jazz bar-reception staff were pretty indifferent too.

The Park Hyatt offers a tranquil escape from the vibrant Tokyo streets, with perfect service and stunning skyline views. The hotel feels a bit outdated and the location could be a challenge with heavy luggage, despite the shuttle service. Still, it’s a good experience overall.
